At 570 Remodeling, we believe a bathroom renovation should be done right the first time — with materials that hold up, work that’s built to last, and a crew you can actually trust.
Laflin’s mix of older builds and newer homes along Route 315 means we see every kind of bathroom — the one that hasn’t changed since the 80s and the one that’s just functional but never quite right. We work with both.

Whether you need a complete gut renovation or a targeted upgrade, we cover the full scope. Here’s what we offer:
A complete bathroom remodel starts with an honest look at what’s behind the walls — existing plumbing locations, substrate condition, and whether the current layout makes sense for how the space gets used. We manage design, permits, demo, rough plumbing, substrate, tile, fixtures, and trim. One contractor, start to finish.
Fiberglass surrounds from the 80s and 90s crack, discolor, and collect mold in seams that never really come clean. We remove the old unit entirely, check what’s behind it, and install a proper tile shower — cement board substrate, full waterproofing membrane before any tile goes up, and sealed grout throughout. Tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in upgrades are both work we handle regularly.
New vanity cabinetry changes the visual weight of a bathroom more than almost anything else — and it doesn’t require a full gut to do it. We install freestanding, wall-mounted, and built-in vanities with undermount or vessel sinks, paired with countertops in cultured marble, quartz, or solid surface. A good vanity replacement looks like it was always there.
Good tile work is 80% prep — leveling the substrate, using the right setting material in wet areas, and grouting with material that doesn’t crack or discolor within a year. We work with ceramic, porcelain, large-format, natural stone, and mosaic tile on floors, walls, and shower surrounds. We don’t skip steps to move faster.
Faucets, toilets, showerheads, exhaust fans, and vanity lighting go in as part of a full renovation or as standalone upgrades. We work within existing rough-in locations or adjust plumbing when a better layout makes sense. Everything gets tested before we consider the job finished.
Zero-threshold shower entries, grab bars installed into proper blocking — not just drywall — ADA-compliant fixture heights, and widened doorway clearances are work we build into new renovations or retrofit into existing bathrooms. A well-built accessible bathroom doesn’t have to look clinical.
There’s no shortage of contractors working in Luzerne County, but here’s why Laflin homeowners keep coming back to us:
Moisture is the primary reason bathroom renovations fail within a few years — not the tile, not the fixtures, but what’s behind them. We install a full membrane waterproofing system in every wet area: behind shower walls, under pan liners, and at floor-to-wall transitions. Done correctly, it doesn’t need to be redone.
Our estimates are built from what we actually see on-site. We don’t carry franchise overhead, and our pricing reflects real labor and real materials — not inflated margins. You’ll get a number you can count on.
Most bathroom renovations take 5–10 business days once materials are staged. We work on a clear schedule, minimize days without a functioning bathroom, and don’t stretch jobs out. You’ll know the timeline before we touch anything.
570 Remodeling is licensed and insured in Pennsylvania. We pull permits where required, schedule inspections, and close jobs with the paperwork in order — because it protects the long-term value of the work.

Every bathroom renovation we take on follows the same transparent, straightforward process — no guesswork, no surprises:
