Services

570 Remodeling provides residential remodeling services including but not limited to bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, basement finishing, deck and patio construction, siding installation and repair, and roof replacement and repair.

All services are subject to availability, project scope, and a signed written agreement between 570 Remodeling and the client prior to work commencing.

Service Area

We primarily serve communities in Northeastern Pennsylvania including Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Kingston, Nanticoke, Pittston, Plymouth, and surrounding areas in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. Project acceptance outside this area is at our discretion.

Estimates and Quotes

Initial consultations and written estimates are provided free of charge. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties before any work begins.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material and labor costs may change after that period.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. We do not accept payment through this website. All transactions are handled directly between 570 Remodeling and the client per the signed contract.

Limitation of Liability

570 Remodeling’s liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

570 Remodeling is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

No Guarantee of Availability

Submitting a contact form or requesting a quote does not guarantee project scheduling or availability. We will make every effort to respond to all inquiries within one business day and to provide an honest assessment of availability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from services provided by 570 Remodeling shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
